Production process should pay attention to the main points:

Color solution concentration: different concentrations of different color effects, the production should look at the actual situation may be, the general concentration of 20% is the best.

Soaking time: to have enough time, too short color is not good, but the time is too long is not high efficiency. Generally take 3-4 hours as well.

PH value of the color: PH value is too large and too small to change the color of the granite and gloss are not good, generally take 2 for the best.

Drying temperature: generally selected at 200-250 ℃ (Celsius) is appropriate.

Drying time: usually about 2 hours.
